Vicky Connelly was born in Plymouth, England. She received her BS in Physical Therapy in 1988 from Florida International University. She opened Coastal Therapeutics in 1991. Vicky serves as a clinical instructor for the Medical University of South Carolina. She has completed continuing education in golf fitness, Mulligan spine and extremity mobilization, myofascial release, and geriatric orthopedics.

Ann Witherspoon is a native of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. She received her BA from Clemson University in 1980 and BS in physical therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1986. She has extensive experience in orthopedic sports medicine. She joined Coastal Therapeutics staff in 1997. She has completed continuing education in myofascial release, shoulder rehabilitation, vestibular and balance disorders and weight training.

Nancy Rourk is a native Charlestonian. She is the office manager and joined Coastal Therapeutics in 2000. She handles all patient data and billing information. She will assist you in scheduling your appointments at a time that will suit your schedule and will answer most of your insurance questions
